Purchase Policy
All purchases are final. There are no refunds or returns due to the nature of our services. We believe and stand by our products. Since many of the items are handmade there could potentially be an instance when a wreath or other handmade item may have a defect. In that event, you may exchange you item in its original packaging only for another item of the same type and value or refunded for the purchase amount of the item (not including shipping). Refunds will not be completed until the item is shipped back and received by Su Casa Encantada, LLC. You must contact Su Casa Encantada, LLC within 2 business days of you receiving the product and have a return shipment transaction generated.
Payment Policy
All products and services remain Su Casa Encantada, LLC property until payment has been made and received. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Service costs, product costs, shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental permission to purchase from Su Casa Encantada, LLC.
Shipping Policy
When your order is received processing time is typically 1-2 days. Once the item has been shipped it will depend on your location within the US as to the length of shipping time. Su Casa Encantada is located in the Phoenix Metro area. The far East and West coast shipping times will be the longest. Delivery can range from 2-5 working days. Of course like anything else you will want to plan your purchase carefully when trying to meet a deadline such as a holiday or birthday. Additionally, delivery can be delayed by carrier and is no fault of Su Casa Encantada, LLC. If there is inclement weather, it goes without saying it is then out of everyone's control.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (Etsy orders - you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom wreath order, for example), if you contact me directly.

• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
