All design projects begin with what the industry term a "design concept" a necessity no matter the size or scale of the project. A design concept is recognizing and stating the functional needs of the space, the aesthetics and their facilitation. Function is the foremost component of the design concept that can be easily overlooked when the visual end result is the only or primary concern. The function of space is the first step in design. There are times when a home requires guidance in creating a design concept or perhaps just a second pair of eyes to help move a project forward. We are available for consultations in providing recommendations and suggestions. This includes an overall comprehensive plan or assistance in finding direction and suggestions for existing project. Consultations are based on an hourly based fee.
